CEO Oscar Garcia is the founder of Land Of Encanto Stucco LLC.

Oscar enjoys spending time with his family and loves meeting new people! He is a second generation Stucco professional. Stucco has run in his blood since he was born and was always hellbent to be the owner in his Construction Business. Although he is Licensed, Bonded and Insured for General Construction, he specializes in Exterior Stucco and Interior Plaster. With proven results through his successes as a licensed general contractor and entrepreneur, Oscar is known to his clients as the perfect contractor because he always looks out for the client.
